I’m a lawyer enrolled to the Milan Bar. My activity is focused on M&A financial transactions and in legal disputes in front of specialised sections for business and arbitration tribunals. I’ve published in law reviews and books. After the experience in a leading legal firm in Milan, I am a Novus partner since 2017. I work also in English and French.

I’m graduted in Law with a dissertation in International Law.
